Fine Dana

During our monthly meetups, I'm looking for a location to host our community and sponsor our events. We coordinate between a wide range of relevant speakers all year long who fit within the same topic or genre. Whenever possible, I encourage and empower women to speak on stage and be part of the event, and we even have a mentoring program to help them. I was able to get almost all of the women at the meetup to speak, inspiring others to stand up on stage as well. In order to achieve this target I am reaching out to all the local communities, going to local events, and making sure that we achieve the diversity target as actively as possible. I am also making sure that the events will be green friendly, with no plastic being used (as part of my journey towards influencing our community to take responsibility for the investment they are making.)
